reBike is a small second-hand bike rental service operating in Aveiro, Portugal. For any privacy question you can reach us at rebikept@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address, provided directly or through Google sign-in.
• Booking details — the bike you choose, the meeting date, time and location, rental period and payment method.
• Messages — anything you send us by email or Instagram.
• Basic usage data — anonymous performance and traffic metrics used to keep the site working.

3. How we use it

We use your data only to arrange and manage bike rentals: to contact you about a meeting, track which bike is with which person, handle deposits and returns, and answer your questions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Sharing

We share data with the service providers that run reBike on our behalf — hosting, database and email delivery. They process it only to provide those services. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account and booking records for as long as you have an account and for a reasonable period afterwards to resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. Email rebikept@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
